How do I know what size to order?

Will my item shrink after washing?
No, all of our items are pre-shrunk!
How should I wash and care for my pieces?
We recommend washing them with like-colors in cold water, then tumble drying on low heat.
Are product colors exactly as shown online?
We do our best to accurately represent the actual colors of the pieces, however colors can appear different in different lighting and on different screens.

No, inventory is not reserved until the order is placed!
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please reach out to us ASAP if you need any changes and we will do our best to accommodate!
Can I combine multiple orders?
If you placed multiple orders, each order will be fulfilled individually. We cannot combine orders.
Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?
If you haven't received your order confirmation in your email, double check that you used the correct email for the order. You can also check spam/junk. If you still can't find it, please reach out to us.
Why was my order canceled?
In the rare case that we cancel your order, it's most likely because Shopify deemed your order as high-risk. If Shopify flags your order, we typically reach out to you to confirm your order. If you do not confirm, we may cancel your order and refund you.
Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Order processing is 1-3 business days for on-hand inventory and up to 4-6 weeks for pre-order inventory. If an item is pre-order, it will be noted on the product page.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the speed of the carrier. Most U.S. orders deliver 3-7 days once they are shipped. International orders can take 2-3 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs a flat rate of $8 USD for U.S. orders under $100, and is free for U.S. orders over $100. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking information upon shipment of your order. You can also visit our website at any time and login to your account to view the status of your order.
My package says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
If you cannot find your package at or near your address, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and inquire about your package delivery. If they are unable to assist, please contact us.

Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We will send you a return label. Depending on the reason for return, we may deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I return an item that has been worn or washed?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
